  8. This poem is I quite hard to figure out.HEHE

I think the symbols that I have to consider on this haiku are this words: Falling to the ground, it figuratively means for me, the people, us, every living thing that exist on this world. We will not be young forever, the time will come that we are going to loose our beauty and our strength. We are going to be old.

I watch a leaf settle down figuratively means that someday we will not be able even to make a stand on our own.

In a bed of brown, for me it figuratively means that someday we will be burred on the ground if we die.

We have to admit that the life we have is not for forever or for eternity. We are living in this world for a reason and for a purpose, and that is why if we already had fulfill the purpose of our existence, then that will be the time that we will settle down and God the almighty will surely get the life we had borrowed.

  12. It is the symbols of this haiku poem that every man were existing to this world. If figurative means of the people they not be young forever and the time are you really getting old and be loose the beauty strength and etc.

The figurative meaning of the last portion "in the bed of brown" that meaning of my understanding is when he/she is buried and the figurative meaning of "I watch the settle down" is they not to stand of they own and he/she can depend on us.

The life was not in forever they have give the reason why they are in the world so they will have a purpose of existence of this world so our life was been borrowed by GOD.

  13. Falling to the ground,
I watch a leaf settle down
    In a bed of brown

For me the figurative meaning of this haiku is:
Every person, has a right time to exist in this wonderful world but we don't know when.

And the figurative meaning of "I watch a leaf settle down in a bed of brown" it means the person died and lying in a coffin and was buried.

We must be take good care in ourselves and give thanks to God because our lives wasn't be forever and it was been borrowed by God.

  14. For me, this poem symbolizes "life", life is gift from God. Its wonderful to live in this world full of hopes, happiness, and sometimes sadness, but life has an ending we don't know when, God only knows so that we should value and take good care of it because life is too short.

  15. *falling to the ground, I watch a leaf settle down in a bed of brown*

For me,"falling" means walking ,"leaf" means old man ,"settle" means crash in a motor cycle, then "bed of brown" means street...

  16. In every relationship, there will be UPS and DOWN. Time will come that someone fall, and all you can do is just watch him/her letting go.

  17. Figurative:

    Falling:dying soul
    Ground:judgement
    I:responsible
    leaf:soul
settle down:going to the dreadful end
    bed of brown:hell

This haiko has many different meanings but chose about hell.
I could still remember when I was a child. I have friends,of course I'm a friendly person and besides I'm a sanguine type. HEHE...
But sad to say, some of my friends has been passed away and i don't even shared to them about salvation. And I'm immeasurably distressed because of it.because I'm the one whose responsible for it.Sometimes,I ponder and meditate about what happen, and i realized they would suffer forever in hell because of my sellfishness.

But anyway,in my own perception about this haiko is...

There are many soul dying and standing in judgement. And the respnsible of it is just watching from the souls casting by GOD into the lake of fire or hell. And they would suffer from hell forever.

I was cogitating about my perception on this Haiko.
    It is exaggerating,isn't it?
    But its just that.

    HAHA....

  18. for me sir in that poem is an any problem in our life we should comfortably set and think what should do to solve this kind of intractable and always think positive, calm down and trust your self that you will solve problem and pray because prayer is the most cleansing therapy of the heart and soul.

  19. The one falling is a person who failed in the field that she want to dream. And while she's watching on her friends fulfill their dreams, she want to do something but settle down is the result of her thinking. In a bed of brown, means that she is not just the one who fall but also her friends who is their for her. And that's my understanding in this particular HAIKU.

  20. This Haiku means that a person have seen or watched a leaf as it falls to the ground....or on the soil.

  21. For me the figurative meaning of this haiku is a person who had finished his or her obligation in this world and that is the time they will vanish in this world.

  22. --for me, that haiku means:
Its hard to assume your position on somebody's life. You might be expecting too much, something far from reality. So learn to weigh the situation, know your stand and keep things in balance. Because the hardest to deal with is failure and the hardest to endure is PAIN.

  23. This means that we are needed to settle our selves,,,whatever it take...We must settle our selves first so the whatever happened we are in the right path that no one could fall us down.....
